Our fees

Our fees are for the solicitors time in dealing with the estate. There are additional fees the estate will need to pay often referred to as disbursements. Whenever we need to pay a fee to an outside party this would be classed as a disbursement and will include things such as Inheritance Tax, Probate Court Fees, Land Registry fees, Conveyancing costs and estate agents fees.
